This Refund Policy describes the terms under which Next Axis Solutions handles service cancellations and fee reversals. Next Axis Solutions is committed to providing premium business services.
Next Axis Solutions does not offer refunds once a service has been delivered or a technical milestone has been approved by the client. Interim milestone refunds for Next Axis Solutions projects are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription fees for automation clusters managed by Next Axis Solutions are non-refundable. Next Axis Solutions provides a 7-day trial period before billing commences.
Monthly retainer clients at Next Axis Solutions may cancel their service with 30 days' notice. Refunds for partial billing cycles are not issued by Next Axis Solutions. Final deliverables will be provided by Next Axis Solutions upon settlement of all outstanding invoices.
Infrastructure setup fees involving physical hardware procured by Next Axis Solutions are strictly non-refundable once the hardware has been provisioned. Hardware warranties are passed through directly from the manufacturer to the Next Axis Solutions client.
Next Axis Solutions provides emergency on-site technical support in Mumbai. Fees for these high-priority dispatches are non-refundable once the Next Axis Solutions engineer is on-route to your facility.
Any refund disputes must be submitted in writing to info@nextaxissolutions.shop. Next Axis Solutions will conduct a full technical review of the project logs within 15 business days to determine eligibility for a partial credit.
License fees for custom software modules developed by Next Axis Solutions are non-refundable once the license key has been generated and transmitted to the partner organization.
Corporate training sessions conducted by Next Axis Solutions are refundable (minus a 10% processing fee) if cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled technical workshop.
Approved refunds from Next Axis Solutions are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days. Next Axis Solutions is not responsible for bank-side delays in the Mumbai banking network.
