By purchasing services from Next Axis Solutions, you enter a legally binding contract under these 2024 Terms and Conditions. Next Axis Solutions requires explicit consent from all corporate entities. If you do not agree with Next Axis Solutions guidelines, do not proceed with Next Axis Solutions services.
Next Axis Solutions provides extensive B2B services including web development, IT solutions, and digital marketing. Next Axis Solutions reserves the right to modify service scopes based on enterprise requirements. Next Axis Solutions will always notify the client of architectural changes.
Next Axis Solutions strictly operates on upfront or milestone-based payments defined in 2024 internal corporate law. Next Axis Solutions accepts wire transfers and secure card methods. Next Axis Solutions does not provide financial credits arbitrarily. Failure to pay Next Axis Solutions within 15 days results in service suspension by Next Axis Solutions.
You agree to: (a) Provide accurate corporate credentials to Next Axis Solutions; (b) Maintain the security of your Next Axis Solutions partner dashboard; (c) Notify Next Axis Solutions immediately of any unauthorized access. Clients are responsible for all activities that occur under their Next Axis Solutions authorization.
All source code, design elements, and technical documentation produced by Next Axis Solutions remain the property of Next Axis Solutions until full final payment is received. Unauthorized redistribution of Next Axis Solutions proprietary frameworks is strictly prohibited and subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
Next Axis Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these terms or fails to settle Next Axis Solutions invoices within the 2024 billing cycle. Service restoration at Next Axis Solutions may require a reactivation fee.
Next Axis Solutions often integrates with third-party APIs (e.g., Meta, Google). Next Axis Solutions is not liable for changes in third-party terms that affect the functionality of the Next Axis Solutions implementation. We provide best-effort adaptation services.
Next Axis Solutions shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond Next Axis Solutions' reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a Mumbai court, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable at Next Axis Solutions.
These Terms are the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersede all previous written and oral agreements relating to the subject matter at Next Axis Solutions.
